Leadership and Learning Team
Innotiimi's leadership consultants are facilitators and enablers of change. The understanding that we have created about leadership is recently gathered under an INNOLEADER-framework, where the key is the balance between organizational expectations (vertical leadership) and people's needs (horizontal). Our services include leadership development, leadership trainings and coaching.
Team Development
In 1990's a lot of new "teams" were established - or at least re-named. Now there is the "second wave" of team development going on. This time it is much more about the content of work than structure as such. Team leadership, team responsibilities, team agreement, effective team leaders tools - For the leadership needs we have developed a Processive Leadership Approach (PLA) that combines a set of effective team leaders tools for empowering the team, encouraging individual thinking and digging out team's ideas.
Change Team
Change is at the heart of our consultation work. Change Team considers the whole organization and its operations to get a full picture of the processes, people and performance. Based on the analysis and evaluation we can start with the client to plan a sufficient change process. The plan and the analysis are yet just a starting point: according to our experience any intended change has unintended and unforeseen impacts. We encompass our clients through the change process from its very start to the goals they wanted to reach.
Innovation Team
Innotiimi's roots are in innovation and creativity. Our services today encompass the depth of the development of the organisational culture towards creating, nurturing and implementing innovations. We work on all levels of the organisation from strategic innovation steering to operational idea management processes, all the while taking care of the innovation culture of the organisation. Our core competence is in the methods and tools with which ideas are formed and managed, with people and through people.
