Terms of delivery

Products will be sent to you by mail or with a courier or they can be picked up from our head office (please, give us a call to make sure, that we are there, when you come).

Prices can be seen at InnoShop. We will add VAT 10% (on books) or 24% (on other products).

If you aren’t satisfied with a product, you ordered from us, you can send it back to us in 14 days. We will then make a refund. Product has to be unused. In case of returning or chancing a product, please, attach an invoice or other document.

If you notice something wrong with a product, you have ordered from us, please, notice about it as soon as possible and we can make a deal about returning.

You’ll get an invoice with products or afterwards with 14 days term of payment.

Charge of delivery

We will charge mailing or courier expences + 5 €. We will mail products by the most economical way, if you don’t want anything else (f.ex. express mail or courier).

Foreign orders

Foreign orders we will invoice without VAT, if products are delivered to outside of EU or in EU to a company, which has given us its VAT-number.
