European Institutions - Leadership Trainings

"Training EU institutions top-leaders is a challenge that we are happy to meet", states Innotiimi's Managing Director Tommi Gustafsson.

Innotiimi is a part of consortium of four consultancy companies won the bid for EU institutions leadership trainings. A frame agreement between the consortium and European Administrative School EAS was signed in 2007. The agreement consists of planning and executing four levels of leadership trainings.

The first modules were piloted in spring 2008 and now all the four levels are in full "production".

"Training EU institutions top-leaders is a challenge that we are happy to meet", states Innotiimi's Managing Director Tommi Gustafsson. "And as the feedback and results show, they are happy to meet us too."

For Innotiimi this is a project that supports our internationalization in three ways.

First, the size and volume of the contract make possible a long-term co-operation with other consultancies, and of course with a client that has a very international administrators and leaders. Second, EU institutions criteria for choosing the consultancies was strict, and constructing a part of that group is a matter of honor for us. Third, with projects like this we can combine the skills and knowledge of our trainers from different national backgrounds.
