The roots of Innotiimi are in Innovation, as reflected by the company name. The key ideas behind Innotiimi’s founding were creativity at work, and methods to liberate this creativity. Innotiimi was founded 1984 in Imatra, in eastern Finland. Since then, Innotiimi has developed continuously the work life of our clients.

Innotiimi’s consultants have a wealth of experience in facilitating organizational and personal development. Our participative approach creates insights and inspires enthusiasm and commitment to new corporate models.
