In the area of Innovation we have special expertise in developing the front end of the Innovation process, helping the right kinds of ideas to be conceived for the business. Our skill is in involving and organizing people into the process, not just creating the support systems needed.
Helping the change actually happen with the people in the organization is the expertise of Innotiimi. Studies show that most ambitious change programs fail to achieve their goals; we therefore bring the key players in the organization together to plan and implement the change. To change the thinking and action of people in an organization requires making sense of the plan for different stakeholders. Teams are responsible for most work in organizations today. We have specialists in the development of teams on all levels of organizations.
