Innotiimi sponsors World Champion

For three years Innotiimi has co-operated with the Norwegian ski-orienteer Sindre Jansson Haverstad. This winter Sindre surprised everyone at the World Junior Ski-Orienteering championships by taking the Gold medal at the opening sprint distance. Despite of the fierce competition from 15 countries he kept his mind cool, taking the right decisions at the right moment.
Sindre explains what tangible results his cooperation with Jan as his coach has given him so far:
- A belief that my goals can be reached
- help in setting the focus which has helped me to perform optimally
- Help to prioritize, which sometimes has meant to sacrifice other things
Innotiimi consultant Jan Sølvberg (Norway) has been coaching Sindre, and he is happy to observe Sindre grow not only into a top athlete but also as a person. "By focusing on the essential elements Sindre has gained even more self-confidence in his abilities. That pays off now!"
